These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConvertAnyModel website and web application at convertanymodel.com and any related software ("Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by GRADINGMASTER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17438283, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our"). ConvertAnyModel is a product of GradingMaster. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. The Service

ConvertAnyModel lets you open 3D and BIM models, view and edit them, choose elements, and export them to other file formats. Models are read and converted inside your web browser; we do not receive or store your model files. Some formats may use an optional desktop companion application on your own computer. Supported formats and features are described on our website and may be improved or changed over time.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to export. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free use, subscriptions, billing and renewals

• Opening, viewing and editing models is free. Free accounts include one free export.
• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page, which gives unlimited exports while it is active.
• Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles the checkout, collects applicable taxes, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time; Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share an account between several people; circumvent, disable or tamper with export limits, sign-in or security features; use automated means to access the Service at a volume that disrupts it; reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows; upload or convert content you do not have the right to use; or use the Service unlawfully.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the models you open and the files you export. Because conversion happens in your browser, we do not access your models. You are responsible for having the rights to the files you convert.

7. Conversion accuracy

File formats differ in what they can hold. Some information, such as native parametric objects, may be converted to meshes or simplified during conversion. You are responsible for checking exported files before relying on them for design, construction, manufacturing or any other purpose.

8. Trademarks

Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max and FBX are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. SketchUp is a trademark of Trimble Inc. Rhino is a trademark of Robert McNeel & Associates. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners. ConvertAnyModel is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies; the names are used only to describe file compatibility.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, website, and all related intellectual property are and remain owned by GRADINGMASTER LTD and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

10. Availability and support

We provide support by email at [email protected]. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
